Forum:The Sims games on Virtual Console
As many of you know, Nintendo is currently developing the successor to the Nintendo DS, the Nintendo 3DS. A lot of info. has been announced, like that The Sims 3 will be released and the games will be in 3D. Another main feature is that has been announced is that there will be a Virtual Console for the 3DS, which means that Game Boy games will be available for download for a certain price of Nintendo Points. So, since The Sims 3 is going to be released on the 3DS, it got me thinking. What if they add the Game Boy The Sims games to the Virtual Console? Although some people don't realize this, a lot of The Sims games have been released on the Game Boy; The Sims Bustin' Out, The Urbz: Sims in the City, The Sims 2, and The Sims 2 Pets. These games are actually pretty good, and I know a lot of people who would love to play these games again or wanted to, but haven't gotten the opportunity to play them at all. If they do include these games, they will be in 3D, which will look AMAZING!!!! So, most likely the only way for these games to get on the Virtual Console is if The Sims 3 makes a lot of money on the 3DS. So, will they release these The Sims games, who knows? Most of the GBA sims games have also been released for the DS so what is the point of Virtual Console if you can play those games for 3DS in Ds form. - Actually, in recent Sims games, the GBA and DS versions are very different. Like, The Sims Bustin' Out, The Sims 2, and The Sims 2 Pets. Only The Urbz: Sims in the City is the same game for both GBA and DS. —Random Ranaun (Talk to me!) 21:19, December 21, 2010 (UTC)
