:I think it's a little strange though. It's Cassandra who really wants to marry, as she has Family aspiration, and Don has the Romance aspiration. Though Don might deserve to be dumped, it makes more sense if he dumps her because he's not ready to get married. For some reason I always ignore the fact that [[Romance]] Sims like Don typically don't want to get married. In Don's case, I just decide that he might want to get married as binding him to a commitment would still give him opportunities to do romantic things with his wife. In The Sims 2, Pleasantview is probably the most popular neighborhood to exist with Strangetown and Veronaville. So the question is...
What did you do with your Pleasantview families?

- I've restarted Pleasantview a lot of times as a temporary test hood, and I've always done the same things every first time I enter lots.
- I immediately let Cassandra marry Don, which causes Don to leave her at the altar and they break up afterwards. Cassandra will be breakdown and Mortimer and Alexander will just hate Don.
- I let Mary-Sue catch Daniel cheating with Kaylynn. She'll attack her, but Kaylynn always wins for some reason? I always wanted to have Mary-Sue break up with Daniel and leave the family to live with her parents, but if she initiates the interaction, it's Daniel who'll leave. So I have no choice but to have Daniel break up with Mary-Sue instead.

- Ugh, I wouldn't even consider letting Cassandra marry Don. She's all Darren's and Darren is all hers. As for Daniel and Kaylynn, I accidentally on purpose let Mary-Sue catch them cheating. Then I have Daniel and Mary-Sue break up so Daniel and Kaylynn can marry. I keep them all in the same household and I have Mary-Sue and Daniel rekindle their friendship and make Mary-Sue and Kaylynn become friends. C.Syde65 (talk) 08:10, February 9, 2014 (UTC)
