Frances McCullough is Belladonna Cove's evil Witch. She lives in the Fortress of Eternal Darkness. She seems to have a huge rivalry with the good Witch Phoebe Adams, and they will fight whenever they are in the same lot. She will usually cast Corruptus Locus, to create thunderstorms and cockroach swarms, right after her arrival in a community lot. She doesn't have a job, so it could be easier to invite her over.
