Frances McCullough

Frances McCullough is Belladonna Cove's evil witch. She lives in the Fortress of Eternal Darkness. She seems to have a huge rivalry with the good witch, Phoebe Adams, and they will fight whenever they are in the same lot. This often happens whenever a good and evil witch meet.
She will usually casts Corruptus Locus, to create thunderstorms and cockroach swarms, right after her arrival in a community lot. She does not have a job, so it could be easier to invite her over. Frances has three nice points, while other evil Head Witches have no nice points.
