Freddy the Pizza Dude is a pizza deliverer in The Sims. When called over the phone, he will arrive at the Sims' home within an hour after the order was placed.
If Hot Date or later is installed, his tooltip indicates that his name is "Pizza Dude Dale". However, his dialog box refers to him as "Freddy the Pizza Dude". This may be an oversight by the developers.
If a sim is dancing when Dale arrives, you can ask him to join and he'll do a little dance with your sim and then hand them the pizza,
