Freddy the Pizza Dude is a minor character in The Sims Bustin' Out.
He delivers pizzas to Sims in the game. He can be called at the start of the game; there is no need to unlock his service.
Whenever a pizza is ordered, he will state that the pizza will take about an hour to arrive. Once he shows up however, he always states that he arrived in less than an hour.
