Reality Bites
Line 49 ⟶ 63:
The Sim has moved to a new house for the time being. Nobody's living with them. The thing is, the house is a mess. Everything's broken, there is trash everywhere, and the toilet's clogged.

A new character, either Mimi (if the character is female) or Dudley (if the character is male), will come over and say that the character can stay in the house for free if they clean the house and fix all the stuff.

While living here, the Sim will encounter two neighbors: Pierre and Pauline Peacock.
Line 61 ⟶ 75:
* Clean up the place.
* Fix the broken stuff.
* Upgrade the house (to about 45,000 simoleons).
* Get promoted to career level two.
* Get promoted to career level three.
Line 97 ⟶ 111:
* Get promoted to career level four.
* Get promoted to career level five.
* Upgrade your home (to about 50,000+ simoleons).
* Throw a party.
* Move out with someone else.

Hot to Trot
The person the Sim is living with at this point is only temporary, as it's time to find a person to marry. In this mission, the Sim must be promoted another two levels, and must throw another party. But don't just throw one as soon as you get there: Malolm will instantly end it; you must upgrade the abode. After that's done you can now throw parties. At this party, the character has to find someone of the opposite sex and try to "score" with them. When they do, they get married and move in with him/her. But if your sim doesn't make enough money (which means being at level 6 for example) your date will say, "You don't make enough money".

The Sim is now in a house with their spouse. It's time to make a family, and make sure they, and the Sim, are successful. You can get your spouse a job and have them work, too. But however, your roommate from Hot to Trot will no longer be available to talk to, invite, nor appear on your friends list (the reason remains unknown).

After the children remain in school and the main player completes all of his/her goals, the family moves to another house.

Goals and rewards
Line 197 ⟶ 211:

* Get promoted to career level ten.
* Send kids to prep school (1,500 simoleons per child).
* Save §20,000 for a yacht.
