Stages of Plumbot Aging Glitch

A glitch that shows from celebrating plumbot's birthday to the glitch transformation

Plumbots cannot age up, as if they are immortal/ageless, just like the SimBots and Servos. But they can age up by either activating the cheat testingcheatsenabled true, shift-click the plumbot that you wish to age up, and click "Trigger Age Transition" or a message shows that it's their birthday, which this is a glitch. Once they age up, they don't die rather they will become invisible or their skins will be disappeared. Although this is harmless in the game, it is not recommended to let them be glitched.

This tutorial will help you on how to restore your Plumbot's skin/glitchy invisible Plumbot.

How to restore your Plumbot

Step 1. Click Customize Plumbot

Either a Sim will customize their Plumbot or a Plumbot will customize itself. The purchase is much the same. Just wait until the CAB (Create-a-Bot for short) loading screen will appear.

Method 1

Step 2. Click the Pre-made Plumbots icon

Note that there is no way to re-customized your own Plumbot yet, for the thumbnails of the parts were missing. So, click the "Pre-made Plumbots" icon.

Step 3. Find a Pre-made Plumbot

Once you clicked the icon, you will see pre-made male and female plumbots. This includes your Create-a-Bot Plumbot. In this method, if you don't like you plumbot then pick one of the pre-made plumbots you prefer.

Or if you still want to prefer or missed your own but didn't save your plumbot before it had been glitched, click any of the pre-made plumbots and customize it. You will notice the thumbnails are reappearing.

Step 4. Exit the CAB

Once you are done, click accept (the check button) and exit the CAB. But before that, name your plumbot and select its voice first.

Step 3. Find your CAB Plumbot

Once you clicked the icon, you will see pre-made male and female plumbots. This includes your Create-a-Bot Plumbot. In this method, take a note that before your Plumbot had been glitched, make sure you save that plumbot by clicking "Save Plumbot Bin" at the bottom, an icon with a plumbot (or empty) thumbnail.

At the pre-made plumbots, it is either find your plumbot in the lists of pre-made plumbots with a folder icon on the lower-right corner of their thumbnail.

Or for easy finding, you will see a custom content symbol on the upper-right corner (See picture to the right).
