General Rock Grunt is a pre-made deceased Sim. He was the husband of Wanda Grunt, father of General Chip Grunt and grandfather of General Buzz Grunt, which makes him the great-grandfather of Tank, Ripp and Buck. He may be the first general in the family, inspiring both his son, his grandson, and his great-grandson to follow in his footsteps.

Rock's facial structure is seemingly identical, to that of Jeff Pleasant. According to his SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was blond before it turned grey. According to Rock's age information, he had 14 days left in the elder life stage when he died. As with many pre-made Sims in Strangetown, the "Skintone" part of Rock's Sim DNA is missing. He has no skill points, like most other deceased Sims, contradicting his eligibility for promotion to General.
