Genesis Lam is a Maid in Strangetown, along with co-workers Aiyana Dallas and Xavier Hurt. She has the Popularity aspiration and the Aires Sign. Genesis has maxed the Cleaning skill and is on her way with Creativity, at 7 out of 10, hinting that she may be a rather artistic individual. She is very interested in Entertainment and Paranormal, which may mean that she is a fan of Sci-Fi movies and ghost stories - natural for a paranoid, alien-infested desert like Strangetown.
Genesis has light skin, green eyes, and brown hair. Being a maid, she wears a stereotypical Frensh Maid outfit complete with long hair and a small tiara. Unlike other maids, say, Kaylynn Langerak, Genesis has no reationships within the neighbourhood. This may mean that she is new to her job. That said, the only way to meet her is to hire her, making the player her first client.
Other than this, not much is known about Genesis Lam. She may be from outside Strangetown, because her family and friends are all unknown.
