According to his family biography, George used to be a retired pilot who enjoyed flying around the world with his own airplane, the Penelope. As he was passing over StrangerVille, a large flash of light appeared, causing his plane to short circuit and crash. However, George survived the crash and has since set up his old airplane's cargo bay as his new home. He is described to be a Sim who means no harm and mostly keeps to himself, even though he has grown skeptical of the other residents of StrangerVille. There is also a stack of papers in George's storage room, which can be searched for evidence if the player is trying to solve the town's mystery.
George appears briefly in part three of the promotional ''StrangerVille'' comic series, meeting up with [[Alice Martin]] who passes by his crashed airplane home. George then appears in part four, talking with Alice on how she wants to join the army and solve the town's mystery. George, however, is unbelieving on Alice's capabilities at solving the mystery, but she tries it anyways. Even though the comics show George and Alice having a conversation, they don't have any relationships with each other at the start of the game.
