The Sims Medieval

A Sim in the golem disguise.

Golems are a type of robot in The Sims Medieval created in Ticktop. They appear to be somewhat similar to SimBots in The Sims 3: Ambitions, albeit clunkier.

Sims can be forced to wear a golem disguise after a wizard has learned the "Golemify" spell if they have the Golem Disguise Prototype in their inventory. The target Sim will be forced to wear the disguise for five hours, after which they will automatically change back into their normal clothes again.

A number of real golems will join the kingdom as NPCs if the peaceful approach is selected.

In Jewish mythology, golems were anthropomorphic beings constructed out of clay or mud, with various stories about how it was animated and controlled.
