Goopy GilsCarbo is a townie. He has no relationships, but every player of The Sims 2 can get someone to meet him. He is not in The Sims 3, but they did name a food after him. He wears a very strange outfit, consisting of a cowboy shirt and plaid shorts. He has been known to produce unattractive children.
He shows up in Pleasantview, and every custom neighbourhood the player creates. He's a Romance sim and his zodiac sign is Libra.
Goopy is probably one of the most popular, and liked, townies in the game, by the players. I mean, who wouldn't like a guy with plaid shorts named Goopy?
