Grilled Cheese Sandwiches are a food in The Sims 2 and The Sims 3. They have become somewhat of a meme in the Sims games, similar to Llamas. The Grilled Cheese aspiration is supposedly based on this.
Grilled Cheese sandwiches are available as lunch, and require level 2 Cooking skill to cook. In The Sims 2, Sims with Grilled Cheese as a primary or secondary aspiration can prepare it at any time, regardless of cooking skill.
