Not to be confused with Hangout.

Hang Out is a social interaction available in The Sims 2: University. The interaction allows up to six Sims to sit down on the ground and talk in various seated and reclining position, increasing their relationships and fulfilling their social need. Hang Out can also be done by Teenager's.
