Hannah Jones (née Remington) is a playable female sim, in Riverview.

At the start of the game, she has recently moved into her deceased uncle's house, along with her husband, Aiden. She knew little of what happened to her relatives, but it is revealed that all of them are dead, and that her new home is also home to a few ghosts.

She may have been adopted, since she doesn't look like her mother and has no known father.

She currently holds a job as a Spell Checker Checker in the Journalism track and her lifetime wish is to have a big family. It is quiet possible that she is the Mother of Chris Roomies and Edward Jones, as in the console version of The Sims Chris and Edward's last names were Jones. However this is not confirmed.
