The Harbucks household is a pre-made playable household from Roaring Heights, a downloadable neighborhood from The Sims 3 Store. The household consists of the rich Olivier Harbucks and his "adopted" orphan daughter Shirley Templeton. Clara Harbucks, a Sim buried in the Roaring Heights cemetery, may be Olivier's relative, though their connection is unknown.

This household is based on Oliver "Daddy" Warbucks and Annie from the franchise Little Orphan Annie. Shirley Templeton's name is a reference to child actress Shirley Temple. Contrary to popular belief, Shirley Temple did not actually play Annie in the movies.
