Shirley Templeton is a pre-made Sim who lives in Roaring Heights. According to the family bio, she is an orphan who ran away and came to the Harbucks household. Olivier adopted her, although it isn't shown on the family tree.
At the start of the game, she is 6 days away from becoming a teen and her only friend is Olivier.

- She is based on the titular character from the Little Orphan Annie comic strip and musical franchise. Though her name is reference to child actress Shirley Temple, contrary to popular belief, Shirley Temple did not play Annie in any Annie franchise adaptations.
