You can get an RSS and Atom web feed of recent changes by adding "[https://{{SERVERNAME}}/w/index.php?title{{=}}Special:RecentChanges&feed=rss &feed=rss]" or "[https://{{SERVERNAME}}/w/index.php?title{{=}}Special:RecentChanges&feed=atom &feed=atom]" to the end of the URL of the recent changes page.
