'''Hugh Bailey''' is a pre-made [[adult]] [[Sim]] and a castaway on [[Felicity Island]], one of the [[neighborhood]]s shipped with ''[[The Sims Castaway Stories]]''. He is one of the survivors of the [[Queen Solomon]] and gets standed at the [[Barren Banks]]. Hugh is initially found there by the protagonist in the [[Shipwrecked and Single]] story, along with most of the other survivors; [[Gina Gibson]], [[Sandra Barnham]], [[Robby Smith]], and [[Emma Langsford]].
At the end of the story when the helicopter arrives, Hugh, Gina and Sandra appear to be finally rescued. However, they get dropped back on the island for getting on the pilot's nerves. Hugh's family bio implies that he "nearly crashed the escape helicopter in a struggle over the radio". He will be found in the neighborhood's [[family bin]] when the story is finished.
Hugh has the [[Fortune]] [[Aspiration (The Sims 2)|aspiration]] and the [[Libra]] [[zodiac sign]]. As far as [[personality]] goes, Hugh is extremely nice, but also quite lazy and sloppy. He has no [[skill]] points and his [[interest]]s will be randomized when he first appears in-game.
Even though none of his facial features use any of the broken Maxis face templates in [[Create a Sim]], when Hugh grows into an elder, it becomes clear that his facial features are nonetheless broken.
