The ideal plantsim is a debugging character used in The Sims 2: Seasons. He is only available through the cheat Boolprop testingcheatsenabled.

He provides genetic material to all spawned PlantSim toddlers. The game uses his genes and that of the Sim who spawns the toddler, as in a normal birth. However, he does not appear in the family trees of PlantSims. For example, he is technically Daisy Greenman's father, but he isn't on her family tree, which simply shows Rose as her mother.

Trivia

• His name in-game is in all lower case characters.
• Despite being a PlantSim, he does not have green skin or PlantSim hair. Due to that, it is presumed that his only function is to transfer genetics to the compilation of genes for newly-spawned PlantSims.
• His hair is the same hair that Sims get after being electrocuted.
• After many of the townies have disappeared, he may walk by a residential lot.^{[confirmation needed]}
