She was the wife of [[Armando Martin]], the mother of [[Joseph Martin]], the grandmother of [[Andrew Martin]], and the great grandmother of [[Jacob Martin]].

According to her age data, she had 16 days left in the [[elder]] [[life stage]] when she died. Isabel's facial structure is seemingly identical to the 9th Maxis face template in [[Create a Sim]]. While all the [[memories]] of pre-made playable Sims in Riverblossom Hills are positive, she has a negative memory of her [[Linda Martin|daughter in-law]]'s death.
