- In my game, she found Patrizio cheating on her with Gonriel so now she's pregnant with Obereon. He died a few minutes after being caught. She later had a baby with Oberon. She named the baby Faye Yolanda and after that I killed Oberon because he got almost every women in Veronaville pregnant.
- In my game Isabella became best friends with a Capp: Gonriel but she died in a fire when Romeo left the oven on.. Her red ghost floats around the Monty Ranch
- In my game, I used the Tombstone of L&D to add her to the Capp mansion after Patrizio died of electrocution. I made her build a relationship with Consort, and eventually marry him. They adopted a boy called Reed.
