She was the wife of [[Tesuo Shikibu]], the mother of [[Nobutaka Shikibu]], and the grandmother of [[Cleo Shikibu]].
Itsumi has [[personality]] points and [[interest]]s, something not every ancestral Sim has. She is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. Itsumi has the [[Romance]] [[Aspiration (The Sims 2)|aspiration]], and the [[Virgo]] [[zodiac sign]]. As far as personality, she is very neat, somewhat active, and a little bit nice, but she is very shy, and quite serious.
