She is a [[Fortune]] Sim with a job in the [[Slacker]] [[career]] as a Record Store Clerk. Implied to be a gold digger, Jessica was once the wife of the well-known [[socialite]] [[Armand DeBateau]], before he broke up with her after she was found in an [[affair]] with [[Mystery Sim]]. However, her family biography mentions she divorced him when he demanded an heir.
Jessica has a very negative [[reputation]] score, of "Lousy Loser", possibly caused by breaking up with [[Armand DeBateau]], a well known socialite, and because of her only having 3 nice points, which makes her more likely to initiate negative [[social interaction]]s. Mistakenly, Jessica has a [[memory]] of her parents' death but it is a memory for unknown Sims, not beloved ones. While Armand had been in love with Jessica before they divorced, the feelings were not reciprocated by Jessica - she has no memory of falling in love with Armand.
