Jessica Peterson (previously DeBateau) is one of the Sims already set up in Belladonna Cove, she's a Fortune Sim with 8 in mechanical, 7 in charisma, and 10 in body. She also starts off with the job of a Record Store Clerk. An ex of Armand DeBateau, she seems to have a new interest in Carlos Contender. She lives in the Main Street Mobile Homes, an apartment of sorts. It is possible Jessica and Armand were only together because Jessica wanted access to Armand's wealth, since she is a fortune sim. She abused her High Society Position while she had it, by starting an affair and arguing with her husband frequently. It says she divorced him when he demanded an heir, though their memories of him catching her cheating are more likely to have caused their divorce. Then again, getting caught won't always be the end of a relationship. If they did break up because Armand wanted a baby, then it is unknown why Jessica divorced him for that. Maybe she didn't want to have to go through pregnancy and raising the child.
