He is an [[adult]] male with red hair, green eyes, and tan skin. Joe wears a castaway outfit and quite resembles the Tutorial Joe from the original tutorials. He is probably an earlier prototype of [[Tutorial Joe Sim (CS Part One)|Tutorial Joe Sim]] and left in the game files by accident. His character file was deleted, making him unplayable. He might have been supposed to be [[married]] to [[Jane Castaway]].
