It's very likely that Juliette was intended to be the middle child, despite some errors on the part of Maxis. If one looks at one of the family images, Tybalt appears to be a child whilst Juliette and Hermia are toddlers. The Capp family seem to follow a matrilineal system, thus Tybalt wouldn't be the heir to the manor, so the oldest female would be. Since Juliette is stated to be the heiress, she must be the older female out of herself and Hermia. This is consistent with the siblings' in game ages. When playing Romeo's family, he will invite Juliette over to make out with her. Doing so will cause Juliette to insult [[Mercutio Monty]], who will get beaten up by Tybalt, who in return will be lectured by Romeo. Juliette is probably supposed to be the oldest Capp child, and Tybalt the youngest, because her memories (and her brother's and sister's) state that when their parents died, Juliette was a teen, Hermia was a child, and Tybalt was a toddler. Juliette wants her family to be proud of her, but her love for Romeo might be a problem.
