Julius Caesar is the father of Octavius Capp. He is dead at the begining of the game, and he aspires for popularity; his wife Calpurnia is also dead.
Julius is buried in the cemetary plot on the Capp grounds. Even though he died long ago, he is resurrectable, but will come with a blank personality and no memories.
Resurrection tip
This Sim can be brought back to life using in-game mechanics such as the Resurrect-O-Nomitron from The Sims 2 or ambrosia from The Sims 3.
