Julius Caesar is the father of Octavius Capp. He is dead at the begining of the game, his wife Calpurnia Caesar is also dead. Oddly he has no aspiration. He died of fright. Julius is buried in the cemetery plot on the Capp grounds. Even though he died long ago, he is resurrectable, but will come with a blank personality and only mystery Sim memories.

- Julius Caesar was a famous Roman general and political dignitary who was betrayed and killed by his colleagues. Shakespeare wrote a biographical play about him.

This Sim can be brought back to life using the Resurrect-O-Nomitron, the genie lamp or an evil witch's spell.
