Julius Ceasar is the father of Octavius Ceasar (Capp)> He is dead at the begining of the game, and he aspires for popularity. His wife calpurnia is also dead, and aspires for romance.

Julius is buried in the cemetary plot on the Capp grounds. Even though he died long ago, he is resurrectable, but will come with a blank personality and no memories.
