He is a noted/well paid [[Science (career)|scientist]] and the father of [[Jacob Margison]]. He is said to only talk aboutin facts. It is unknown who Jacob's mother is, or if Keats ever had a [[Romantic (social type)|romantic]] [[relationship]] with her. Keats strongly disapproves of his son's "short-sighted" romance with [[Madison Fortuna]]. Keats wants his son to stop thinking of love and concentrate on his school work. However, Jacob doesn't have a romantic relationship with Madison outside the [https://sims.fandom.com/wiki/[Four_Corners_(Free_Play) |Free Play]] version of the neighborhood, as they do not know one another in the [[Riley's story|Story Mode]] version. He and his son can be found in the [[family bin]] at the end of Riley's story.

In the Free Play version of the neighborhood, they are already living in [https://sims.fandom.com/wiki/[List_of_Four_Corners_lots#17_Hyacinth_Circle |17 Hyacinth Circle]], and are ready to be played. When the family is first played, he is 21 days from being an [[elder]]. He has the [[Knowledge]] [[aspiration]] and the [[Virgo]] [[zodiac sign]]. Keats' Free Play bio is different from his bio in Riley's story, as it says "''Keats is a noted scientist of Four Corners. He worries that his son Jacob is neglecting his studies.''"
