Points gained from Wishes may be spent on rewards, either in the form of an object or a permanent change in the Sim.
Some rewards that come in the form of objects can be sold for Simoleons. They are worth 1/5 of the Wish points. I.e. a Food Replicator that costs 50,000 points can be sold for §10,000. Buying every lifetime reward exactly once costs 890,000 lifetime happiness.
Certain rewards like the Lifetime Wish changer become unavailable to any Sim that has completed their lifetime wish, lifetime rewards like the Long Distance Relationships reward are made useless by the gift from the Super Friendly Charisma challenge.
