  • Discount Diner (allows free dining at restaurants)
  • Professional Slacker (allows Sims to "slack off" with no penalty)
  • Observant (speeds up the process of discovering other Sims' traits)
  • Office Hero (raises popularity and effectiveness at work)
  • Legendary Host (raises Sim's status as a party host)
  • Complimentary Entertainment (allows free access to theatres)
10 000
  • Multitasker (raises speed in homework completion/effectiveness at work)
  • Bookshop Bargainer (allows discounts at bookshops)
  • Attractive (increases attraction toward Sim)
  • Fertility Treatment (raises chances of conception, and having twins or triplets)
  • Opportunistic (Sim receives better rewards from completing Opportunities)
  • Steel Bladder (allows 'Bladder' need to be ignored)
  • Change Lifetime Wish

  • Vacationer (allows Sims to take days off at work)
  • Never Dull (allows Sims to repeat interactions, highly discouraged, during socialising without penalty)
  • Haggler (lowers prices during shopping)
  • Fast Learner (speeds up skill building)
  • Dirt Defiant (allows 'Hygiene' need to be ignored)
20 000
  • Long-Distance Friends (maintains relationships despite lack of interaction)
  • Midlife Crisis (allows player to re-choose traits)
  • Super Green Thumb (dramatically increases Gardening skill)

  • Hardly Hungry (slows down decrease in 'Hunger' need)

  • Body Sculpting Device (allows Sim to change body physique to specific shape)
  • Acclaimed Author (increases pay after writing a novel)
  • Extra Creative (increases Painting skill)

  • Collection Helper (locates items missing from Sim's item collections)
50 000
  • Food Replicator (instantly creates plates of food)
60 000
  • Moodlet Manager (removes negative Moodlets)
75 000
  • Teleportation Pad (allows Sim to teleport to any location instantly)
