The car that Drew Carey comes in after you had a successful party with the House Party expansion, all the guests at you party will run out to watch him get out of his limo. The limousine in The Sims 2 comes to take a newly married couple away for their honeymoon. You cannot buy limousines in The Sims 3, but you can get picked up in one if you reach the top of the music, business, acting, directing or political career.
