The child's father is [[Jaycen Hendrix]], which implies Lina cheated on Eli, though she and Jaycen are only friends when the game starts. Her mother [[Lola Lancaster|Lola]] is also pregnant with Lina's half-sibling, and the baby's father is [[Richard Irwin]].

Lina has 5 points in the [[logic]] [[skill]], 2 points in the [[athletic skill|athletic]] skill, and 5 in the [[charisma]] skill. She is unemployed at the start of the game. The name Vokoban is Nabokov spelled backwards. Vladimir Nabokov wrote the novel "Lolita" about an illicit romance between an older man and a young girl. Also Lolita is the diminutive form of the name Lola. It seems obvious that the story of these Sims was inspired by that famous novel.
