The player's home for the story duration, this large home is extragantly furnished and fits the lifestyle of a millionaire. It starts out with trash all over the house, food left everywhere, and many objects are filthy. At the end of the story the player will have to choose between keeping Vincent's career and this home, or losing his fortune, career and house, to appear in the family bin. JCN Circle will then be unihabitated with its furniture in the exact state it was left in, unlike in regular gameplay, and can be moved back into later if desired, or with another simSim.

}}This lot is almost identical to the Retro Bungalow in the housing bin, with only a few extra items placed. It can be assumed Samantha lived at her boyfriend's homes, and only just bought this home at the end of the story out of neccesity.

One of the few empty lots of Bitville, and ideal for moving in Johnny Cullen after the story ends. The lot is likely misnamed; 22 Second Street is the home of Sasha, and this lot is on the same street as Naomi, Sasha and Samantha. Presumably the lot is meant to be 24 or 26 Second Street, instead of 22 2nd Street.

Naomi's home is fully furnished, but the player will never see her home's contents in regular gameplay; at the end of the story she is briefly moved into Vincent's household, resulting in all her home's belongings being sold. One of the only ways to see her original furnishings is to replace 27 Second Street's lot file with a version from an untouched fresh installation.

The original home has three furnished bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining room with a computer, an upstairs lounge with an expensive TV and stereo, and a deck with a hot tub and an expensive telescope.
