Line 88 ⟶ 86:
<blockquote>"An open floor plan, dramatic bridge entrance, and sweeping cove vistas distinguish this cantilevered view home. Built mostly on one level, this elegant modern home with its round cupola studio is ideal for the artistically inclined."</blockquote>

The Cormorant is one of three lots named after birds in Sunset Valley, located at 180 Wright Way. It is next-door to a lot also named after a seabird, the Shearwater, and just up the road from Condor Museum Lofts. It is a stylish home probably inspired by the nearby beach, as it features lots of plants and beachy furniture. It features 2 large bedrooms, a large dining area and kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, and a large deck with a nice view of the sea. This lot provides a Beautiful Vista moodlet of +15.

Line 112 ⟶ 110:
This great starter home is located on the poorer side of Sunset Valley, although it makes a very nice house. It features a carport, two small bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with a breakfast nook, a fairly large living room, and a backyard with a pond.

"Low in price, but high in style, this house strikes the right chord. Will its new owner be a one hit wonder or the next superstar?"

This house has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a small living space, and a kitchen. If you move here, your neighbors are the Kennedy's and the Alvi's.

Line 198:
<blockquote>"Imagine your own footbridge leading into your like-new home! This small house with big character is situated on water-rich real estate and includes an almost screened-in porch."</blockquote>

This lot appears abandoned because of its isolated location and its old and worn appearance and features. It's name is clearly noting the pond that surrounds the front of the yard, which in real life would be a perfect place for mosquitoes to live. The first level consists of seemingly aged furniture and appliances, which also carries on to the second floor. It's all a bit damp- and grimy-looking, but it's pretty big with some unused space and makes a good "fixer-upper" house that you can improve over time.

This makes for a wonderful starter home, located at 3 Sun Song Avenue. It features a fairly large bedroom and small bathroom, small dining area and kitchen, and a large living room. It has a stone driveway, great backyard, and a fenced-in side garden perfect for the advanced gardener. Moving into this house will make the Sims neighbors with the Ursine family and the Wan-Goddard Family. It is located in the small seaside neighborhood by Old Pier Beach. This lot provides a Beautiful Vista moodlet of +15.

Line 303:
<blockquote>"Affordable housing with lots of potential, this economical house includes two bedrooms so the new couple can add to the family right away."</blockquote>

This house is one of the inexpensive starter homes, the cheapest that has more than one bedroom. It's located on the poorer side of town. However, it has a lot of empty space left on the lot for the player to build on.

Unabridged
While an unbeatable site for pool parties and with a great view guaranteed to put any sim in a better mood, this luxurious two-bedroom house is actually not very large for its price, so financially successful sims with larger families should either look elsewhere or be prepared to expand the house to better suit them. A set of stairs in the living room leads to a walkway on top of the bridge over the pool but then to a dead end, practically begging the owner to add a second floor over the bedrooms. A view of the ocean from this house is also shown in the Sunset Valley loading screen when the interactive loading screen is disabled. This lot provides a Beautiful Vista moodlet of +25.

The lot is located at 455 Sunnyside Boulevard.

<blockquote>"This is the perfect home for the composer seeking inspiration or Sims who just love living among the ocean waves and the redwoods. This is a grand old house with wraparound porches and a fourth-story cupola to take in the best views in town."</blockquote>

ThisLocated at 250 Redwood Parkway, this is a large family home situated next to the August Moon home, where Agnes Crumplebottom lives, thereby making you neighbours with the Crumplebottom family. At the house entrance, there is a large porch, following through to the large living/dining room. A medium-sized kitchen through an arched doorway, and a bathroom, is on the ground-floor too. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of them are large, one with en-suite, and the second one shares a bathroom with the third smaller bedroom. This lot provides a Beautiful Vista moodlet of +25.clr
