<blockquote>"Imagine your own footbridge leading into your like-new home! This small house with big character is situated on water-rich real estate and includes an almost screened-in porch."</blockquote>

This lot appears abandoned because of its isolated location and its old and worn appearance and features. It's name is clearly noting the pond that surrounds the front of the yard, which in real life would be a perfect place for mosquitoes to live. The first level consists of seemingly aged furniture and appliances, which also carries on to the second floor. It's all a bit damp- and grimy-looking, but it's pretty big with some unused space and makes a good "fixer-upper" house that you can improve over time.

Line 305 ⟶ 303:
<blockquote>"Affordable housing with lots of potential, this economical house includes two bedrooms so the new couple can add to the family right away."</blockquote>

This house is one of the inexpensive starter homes, the cheapest that has more than one bedroom. It's located on the poorer side of town. However, it has a lot of empty space left on the lot for the player to build on.
