List of uninhabited Sunset Valley lots: Difference between revisions

The following houses and lots are uninhabited when a player first moves into [[Sunset Valley]]:.

The '''Capitola A''' is a large open two storey 2-bedroom home70's styled house. Living here will make a player's family neighbours with the [[Langerak family|Langerak]], and [[Bunch family|Bunch]] families.

'''Condor Museum Lofts''' is quite close to two other lots named after birds, the '''Cormorant''' and the '''Shearwater'''. Living in this house will make the player neighbours with the [[Working Friends household]]. It is convientlyconveniently located next to the Lofty Cerulean Blue [[Pool lot|Pool]].

This house features 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. It is one of the few starter homes, and the player can move in it instantly (though only the unfurnished house is affordable at this point). It´s has two parking spaces, large backyard and two bedrooms makemaking it a very good starter option.

This modern home matches but is slightyslightly larger than Minihaus, the home of the [[Wainwright Family]]. It features three large bedrooms, conveniently located bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room, very large living room, its atrium, and its' private pool area perfect for neighborhood BBQs'.

This lot appears abandoned because of its isolated location and its old and worn appearance and features. It's name is clearly noting the pond that surrounds the front of the yard, which in real life would be a perfect place for mosquitoes to live. The first level consists of seemingly aged funiturefurniture and appliances, which also carries on to the second floor. It's all a bit damp- and grimy-looking, but it's pretty big with some unused space and makes a good "fixer-upper" house that you can improve over time.

This makes for a wonderful starter home, located at 3 Sun Song Avenue. It features a fairly large bedroom and small bathroom, small dining area and kitchen, and a large living room. It has a stone driveway, great backyard, and a fenced-in side garden perfect for the advanced gardener. Moving into this house will make the Sims neighbors with the [[Ursine family]] and the [[Wan-Goddard Family]]. It is located in the small seaside neighborhood by [[Old Pier Beach]]. This lot provides a Beautiful Vista moodlet of +15.

This is a pretty wide topical styled house that contains a large amount of lakes. Moving in will make the household neighbors with the [[Jolina Family]] and the [[Keaton Family]].{{clr}}

This is an afforableaffordable starter home with a large yard, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a small dining/living area and a small kitchen. It also provides a decent amount of building space. {{clr}}

This house is one of the inexpensive starter homes, the cheapest that has more than one bedroom. It's located on the poorer side of town. However, it has a lot of empty space left on the lot for the player to build on.

ThisLocated at 250 Redwood Parkway, this is a large family home situated next to the August Moon home, where [[Agnes Crumplebottom]] lives, thereby making you neighbours with the [[Crumplebottom family]]. At the house entrance, there is a large porch, following through to the large living/dining room. A medium-sized kitchen through an arched doorway, and a bathroom, is on the groundfloorground-floor totoo. Upstairs there are 3three bedrooms, two of them are large, one with en-suite, and the second one shares a bathroom with the third smaller bedroom.
