Lydia Remington was Hannah Jones's mother. She's dead, along with Hannah's aunt, uncle, and cousins, at the start of the Sims 3. Possibly, Lydia adopted Hannah Jones because Hannah doesn't resemble her mother; however, they share the vegetarian trait.
Unlike Cody Remington, Kirsten Remington, Eileen Remington, and Jasper Remington Lydia was not buried in the garden of her home or anywhere on the lot, but in Old Town Cemetery.
