The neighborhood seems to be set near or in downtown [[Willow Creek]], considering that both have the same architectural style as well asand Magnolia Promenade shares its name with Magnoliathe Blossompark Park,in Willow Creek's, Magnolia parkBlossom Park. Although there are only 4four standard lots in the Promenadepromenade, there are two other lots that appear to be set in this neighborhood; the Police Station and theWillow Creek Hospital, both facing each other in the same plaza. It appears to be riverside or seaside, as when in any of the 4 lots, there is a shoreline with a steamboat.
