'''Malcolm Landgraab IV''' is a pre-made playable [[Sim]] who lives alone in a large mansion in [[Bluewater Village]], the default shopping district from ''[[The Sims 2: Open for Business]]''. He has the same first name as his great grandfather, grandfather and father. When first played, he is at the beginning of the [[adult]] [[life stage]], and has 3 [[skill]] points in [[Charisma]].
Malcolm owns two [[community lot]]s, [[Club Dante]] and [[Electronics Supercenter]]. Even though the Electronics Supercenter sells TV sets, he does not own one. However, the house is very well furnished, with expensive furniture. Since [[Fortune]] Sims often want to buy furniture, this may complicate satisfying some of Malcolm's [[wants]].
 
In the [[Landgraab family#Photo Album|Landgraab family album]], there is a picture of Malcolm and a woman who resembles [[Nina Caliente]] in the hot tub. Her face is not clearly visible, and Malcolm and Nina have no [[memories]] of one another,<ref>Malcolm can't have memories of Nina because he will exist in any [[neighborhood]] the Bluewater Village shopping district is associated with, but Nina only exists in [[Pleasantview]]. It can be troublesome to have Malcolm get [[marriage|married]], as his spouse and child(ren) will inherit the "IV" part of his last name, unless the player uses [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]] to edit it out, or his spouse is the one who proposes the marriage. He is the only pre-made Sim to own two community lots and the only one to own a club.

*In my Sims 2,He moved to Pleasantview and became a lover of Casandra Goth and became an enemy with Don Lothario but later dumped her and married Nina.That wasn't good as her sister Dina was married to his big enemy Don.He has 3 sons Malcolm V,Bobby,and Michael.
 
Strangely, Malcolm's skin tone is inconsistent with the skin tones of his ancestors. All of his grandparents have light skin (S1), both of his parents have tan skin (S2), and he has medium skin (S3). It is unclear how this could have happened, so it may have been an oversight by the developers.
*In my game, Micheal married Julie Pleasntview, who's ancestors founded the town of Pleasntview, and eventually got married. Malcom is also the brother-in-law to infamous Cassandra Goth. He has three children and still has a lot of kaching!

*My male sim (forgot his name) met Malcolm in a community lot (it was in Bluewater Village, a clothes shop, forgot the name) and he kept flirting with my sim. Finally, I gave up on ignoring him and flirted back and they ended up WooHooing in a dressing room. They continued the affair (since my Sim was already married) and she got jealous after they WooHooed in their own home. My Sim and Malcolm moved out and I used the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true cheat and they have a nice family with two sons. But I moved him out because he was ugly and his genes were passed onto the next generation.

The Landgraab twins started up a Greek house, the Landgraab Brotherhood, during university and it lives still. Malcolm the younger is a partier, so Malcolm Sr forced Millerna (a lesbian) to marry his store manager, and she's now estranged but expecting. They're a good-looking family until you get too close (then they're hideous!), but I love them.
