He was the husband of [[Yelena Sendar]], the father of [[Adriana Green]] {{nee|Sendar}}, and the grandfather of [[Gabriel Green]].
According to Marcos' SimDNA in [[Package editor#SimPE|SimPE]], his hair was black before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 17 days left in the elder [[life stage]] when he died. Marcos' facial structure is almost if not identical to the 6th Maxis face template in [[Create a Sim]]. Strangely, his [[memories]] indicate that his daughter got engaged and married to [[Fabio Green]], before he even met his own wife. This was most likely an oversight by the developers.
