Marsha has the same facial structure as [[Joe Carr]] and the same barrette hairstyle as [[Angela Pleasant|Angela]] and [[Lilith Pleasant]]. When she grows into a [[teen]]ager, she will have the same halo hairstyle as [[Olive Specter]]. The same occurrence happens if the player creates an older Sim with the halo hairstyle and changes their age to a child before exiting CAS. It is unknown if Marsha underwent the same process during the development.
On older patches, Marsha is known to obsessively call other sims on the phone after she has met them. This was fixed at an unknown point.
