Marsha Worthington is a pre-created Sim that only appears on The Sims 2: Pets (console) for PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube, and Wii. She lives with three roommates, Varian, Mira, Penelope, and their cat, Falafel, and their dog, Presto.

Marsha grew up in a very wealthy English society, and ever since she was forced to move to the country, she has tried to relive the glory days of extreme wealth by wearing jeweled belts, short skirts, and fancy yellow tops that were the height of fashion when she was being raised. She also likes to read those home-makeover magazine to make herself look more sophisticated. It appears that from her bio that she originally is from England, due to her 'accent'.

Since she grew up with maids to do her chores for her, she is quite messy, and always just seems to stand there waiting for half a minute if she drops something, as though she is waiting for someone to pick it up for her. In other words, she is just lazy. Even so, Marsha still runs on occasion to keep her figure up, and she prefers a nice healthy diet mostly made up of tofu, water, and whole wheat bread. She is a very picky and fussy person.

It is probably very obvious that, due to all these various personality traits, it is hard to make friends with Marsha. She usually sees the others in the neighborhood as "commoners", though she has great respect for the people she lives with, especially Mira May.

She shares the same surname with Frances J. Worthington III from La Fiesta Tech and Worthington family from Starlight Shores.
