The listed Pic of Mimi is wrong. She is the female pre-set Sim for [{The Sims: Bustin Out]], aka Fran Foofaraw from The Sims (Console). This is Mimi: http://thumbs2.modthesims2.com/img/1/2/1/3/5/4/7/MTS2_darkzypurple_801515_Mimi2.jpg

Mimi Landgraab first makes her appearance in The Sims console game for PS2 and X-Box. If your character is female, Mimi agrees to lend you one of her houses (which is very dirty and victim of a recent fire). In this level, the player is required to clean the house and repair certain objects, while Mimi constantly checks on the player at least once a day. Once the player has passed this level, they are then offered to move in with Mimi in her own house.

In The Sims Bustin' Out console games, Mimi Landgraab is the daughter of local bad guy and Repo-man, Malcolm Landgraab and Mom (who are sourly divorced before the start of the game) and the sister of Dudley Landgraab. It is also possible that Mimi is also the sister of the player, seeing as though Mimi is Mom's child, just as the player is, but it is never recognized who the player's father is, and Mimi (and her brother, Dudley) is able to fall in love with the player. Assuming that Mimi is brother/sister with the player, this would be considered incest.

Choosing either "Movie Star", "Fashion Victim", or "Counter Culture" careers, allows you to move in with Mimi.

Mimi's house is friendly, cheery, girly, and pink. Her house is also very different from the original Sims. Players are able to live in it until they have received 2 promotions in their career track. When you first move in, she will swear at you.
