In The Sims, Miss Lucille is an NPC that appears in Old Town in community lots that sell candles. She's a palm reader, and will read your Sim's palm for 20 Simoleons, sometimes changing dramatically the mood of your Sim. She can also read your pets. For 200 Simoleons, she can bring zombie Sims back to full life. She wears a big sun hat with flowers and a long yellow dress.
