Mother

Mother also refered as Mother Plant is a deadly plant and final boss in The Sims 4: StrangerVille.

Background

Mother is a powerfull plant resting in underground labolatory, she's the main cause of StrangerVille's "strangeness" as she created Bizzare fruit and other objects causing infections and possessing local sims.

Battle

Upon meeting the Mother, sim can team up and fight it using various chemicals, the Mother will try to defend herself and attack your sims in return. Sim who ordered the attack also controls the battle strategy, and if the battle will fail, he/she will fail Mother's victim.

If leading sim will fail to kill the Mother, or will attempt to attack her unprepared, the Mother will grab the sim with tentacle and eat sim, killing them.

Death

Upon killing the Mother, StrangerVille will be freed from infectious plants.

The Mother can, however be revived by taking Bizzare fruit to her corpse.

Befriending

It is possible to befriend the Mother by attempting to communicate with her multiple times, the relationship between sim and the Mother will always start at deep red, but talking will raise the relationship slightly, upon befriending the Mother, sims may request a Bizzare fruit from her, If the frendship will be high enough, sim can also use her to controll the infection around the StrangerVille, including disabling it completelly.

Possessed sim can build relationship with the Mother much faster.

Trivia

• The Mother herself can be bought in build/buy menu with bb.showhiddenobjects cheat.
• This is the 3rd plant in the Sims series which can consume a sim, with the first being Mutant plant, and second being Laganaphyllis simnovorii.
