PlantSims have only three motives. They require the same needs as all plants.
Love works very much like the Social need does for a regular Sim and can be raised the same way.
The water and sunlight needs are very similar to hunger experienced by non-PlantSims, with the exception of how the motive is raised.
To raise water, have them drink water from a sink, take a bath or shower, or any other way that involves a PlantSim having contact with water, which includes when babies vomit on them.
